What are your rates and payment methods?

Our standard call out rate is $100 inc GST (including the first 30 mins onsite) and our labour is charged at $100 inc GST per hour (in 15min blocks) 

We can normally provide an estimate on costs prior to performing work. Most work is done within 1-2 hours and we cap prices on certain jobs to ensure you don’t get any unexpected shocks.

We accept Cash, EFT/Direct Bank Deposit and Cheque. We carry a mobile EFTPOS terminal and can accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and EFTPOS without charging any transaction fees.

What is your coverage area?

Based in Redlynch we cover Cairns and the surrounding suburbs between Gordonvale to Kuranda and Palm Cove. With notice we can travel to Innisfail, Mareeba, Atherton and Port Douglas. We also remotely support clients all around the world.

Where are you located?

We are based in Redlynch, Cairns although we are a mobile service that will come to your home or business.

What brands do you sell or recommend?

HP, Lenovo, Microsoft, Intel, Cisco, Samsung, Seagate, Ubiquiti and Synology just to name a few. We only sell reliable IT brands that we know and trust and can source anything from our network of Australia’s largest IT suppliers.

Do you assist with Apple products?

Yes we can assist with set up and support of Apple hardware and devices and repair hardware outside of warranty or refer you to someone how can.

Do you look after home clients?

We offer great value services for domestic IT services and home connectivity including printers and scanners.

Do you build websites?

We don’t do website’s but we do a lot of things associated with them like domain name registration and email set up and migrations. We work closely with Web Zulu. They did this website so if you like what they have done we can work together to get your domain, emails and website all working  well for you.
