WHO ARE WE?

Astute IT was started by Nathan Odgers. With a background in sales for Telstra Business, advertising and retail electronics, Nathan was seeing clients who were increasingly annoyed with trying to integrate computers and technology into their homes and small businesses and was constantly asked to assist. With his knowledge and passion for IT he knew he could help so he established Astute IT in 2012. We give straight forward honest advice and IT support to people who need help with home and small business IT. We sell you what you need, not what we have in stock. 

Astute IT has the skills and experience that comes from servicing clients from a broad range of industries including building and construction, mining, business and financial services, medical clinics, allied health, retail, transport, tourism and hospitality. Based in Redlynch Cairns we are a mobile business that comes to you however we have a fully equipped workshop should we need to take your device for repairs or servicing.

We can handle all your IT needs including computer repairs and troubleshooting, networking and wifi , virus removal, email issues, data recovery, new computer hardware and software and ongoing maintenance and remote support. We also subcontract to other IT organisations helping them support some of Australia’s largest and well known companies.
